SAFEchild

Our Team

Rosie Carter MA (Ed)
CEO
A qualified teacher, Rosie has vast experience in safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults and has worked as a multi-agency child protection trainer for 17 years. As a result of her experience in both teaching and training, Rosie identified an urgent need to provide the public with accurate, clear safeguarding information and SAFEchild was born, originally developed round her kitchen table with other professional colleagues. When not working for the charity, Rosie can be found out on the road enjoying summer days in her open top sports car.

Mark Foster MBA BA FCIM
Marketing
A Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Mark helps SAFEchild market it's services through it's website and via direct contact with larger organisations requiring child protection services. Following the award of his MBA Mark worked in several countries, including America and Belgium, before returning to the UK to take up his hobby of motorcycling full time. The arrival of little Fosters meant a return to the real world but the purchase of a period motorcycle and sidecar enables him to share his hobby with his family - whether they like it or not!

Ann Drewett
Administrator
Ann provides administration support for SAFEchild's operations. When not in the office, Anne likes to take long muddy walks with the dog and watching both two wheel and four wheel motorsport. She is also a very keen gardener.
